I made Chocolate Covered Strawberries simply by dipping this juicy red fruit into melted chocolate chips. I lay the dipped berries on wax paper to set. I left the greens on to add a bit more colour, plus, they acted as a handle for dipping. Once in a while the green stem would break off and I was left with no other choice but to eat the chocolate covered strawberry - isn't life tough?
My daughter got to make her own chocolate covered strawberries, but they were for her only to eat as she liked to lick her fingers in between making each one.
